Vegan Peanut Butter Cakes

These super easy vegan peanut butter cakes are great as a small dessert or snack, and they taste amazing!


Peanut butter layer:
  • 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp golden syrup
Chocolate layer:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • cold water if needed

  • add all the ingredients for the peanut butter layer into a bowl and mix together
  • in another bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chocolate layer, adding a small amount of water if the consistency is too stiff
  • add 2-3 tsp of the peanut butter layer to 3 cupcake cases
  • freeze for 10-15 minutes (or until hardened)
  • layer 2-3 tsp of the chocolate layer on top and freeze again for 10-15 minutes
  • add the remainder of the peanut butter layer to the top 
  • freeze for another 30 minutes or until completely hardened
  • store in the freezer and enjoy!
